What that covers

• Premium feel, or a full refund. If it isn't as soft as you expected, return it inside 90 days.
• Free size exchanges. Wrong size is the most common reason people write to us, and it is the easiest thing in the world to fix. Exchanges are free for 90 days.
• Return postage covered. We pay for shipping in both directions. You are not out of pocket for changing your mind.
• No fine print, no restocking fee, no "unused and in original packaging". Use it. That's the point.

The No-Pill Promise

Separate from the 90 days, and longer: no pilling for 2+ years of regular machine washing, or we replace it.

We can promise that because of how the quilts are built. The printed face is stitched through to the backing rather than bonded to it, so there is no printed layer for a claw to lift or a wash cycle to loosen. This is the single biggest difference between our quilts and the marketplace alternatives, and it is the one you only notice six months in.
