90 days. We pay the postage both ways. Size exchanges are free.

How it works

1. Email us with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
2. We send you a prepaid return label.
3. Send it back. Refunds go to your original payment method once the parcel reaches us; exchanges ship as soon as we have it.

Things worth knowing

• You can use it first. There's no "unused and in original packaging" clause. A guarantee you can't test isn't a guarantee.
• The gift bag and styling guide are yours to keep, whether or not you keep the bedding.
• If it arrives less than perfect — a seam that isn't finished, a mark, anything — send us a photo. We replace it and you don't return anything.

Most people who want the quilt to reach the floor on both sides size up one. Exact finished dimensions are on every product page and in the size guide.
